The weekend

I spent the weekend spring cleaning except for a movie date, we saw Insurgent, with N and lunch at the grandparents house on Sunday. The struggle is real, let me tell you. I have way more clothes, bags, shoes than I can fit in my tiny walk-in-closet.

How was your weekend?

Selfies while I waited for my friend to pick me up

Still standing

So, this not feeling well thing kind of is my best friend at the moment. I took a shower and that woke me up. I actually dyed my eyebrows and painted my nail with Essie Leading Lady which is a burgundy red with glitter. I also cleaned my most used makeup brushes, most of them are Real Techniques by Samantha Chapman.. Got them in London and I love them. There are also a few Eco Tools brushes that I use on a daily basis.

Now I’m gonna get in bed and watch a movie on Netflix. I’m thinking What happens in Vegas with Cameron Diaz and Ashton Kutcher. Have you guys see it?

And I did all this while listening to this song on repeat.

Mockingjay – Part One

Spontaneously I went to see the new Hunger Games movie Mockingjay – Part One with a friend. So good, I loved it! Although I’m gonna stop reading the book. Much better not having read it to watch the movie play out.

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1

The movie premieres next week and I can’t wait. I’ve told Ami that she needs to get ready by watching the previous movies because we’re going. I’ve likes the movies so far and the books are good as well. Audio books via Audible is a fave at the moment. Because I travel I lot I tend to need something to do so I don’t get bored and I like Audible for that. Right now you get a free book when you sign up so go do that and enjoy!

The wolf of Wall Street

So, I finally got around to watching the movie The wolf on Wall Street. Or at least half of it. I’m glad i didn’t spend the money to see it at the movies because quite frankly, it sucked. There isn’t one thing I liked about it. Not even Leonardo DiCaprio because that was a roll I didn’t want to see him play. And I say that even thought I’m not a huge fan of him either way but I think he made a poor choice deciding to do this movie.

What did you guys think of it?

So last night I watched Divergent with A. Reading what’s it’s about I wouldn’t have picked it myself but he insisted. I have to admit that it was a really good movie. And it didn’t hurt that the lead Theo James is super hot!!

Need for Speed

Last night my friend Nejra and I went to see the movie Need for Speed. I love the Fast and Furious series so this one was right up my alley. I freakin’ loved it! The cast was amazing too, Aaron Paul from Breaking Bad, Dominic Cooper, Imogen Poots who I’m not familiar with but she did an outstanding job, Scott Mescudi but you might know him as Day N’ Night rapper Kid Cudi, Rami Malek from Twilight-Breaking Dawn and Dakota Johnson who’s in Fifty Shades of Grey, to name a few.

Good morning!

It’s pretty early but I’m actually just sitting here having a cup of coffee. I’m about to leave for work soon but I want to tell you about my day yesterday. After work I headed to my grandparents for dinner. After that I talked to my cousin who I’m gonna go visit this weekend. Then I talked to a co worker about some projects. And then I Skyped with my cousin in Switzerland. She’s getting married this June in Bosnia and I’m going so we talked about that. I haven’t met her hm fiancée yet but I talked to him too and he seems super nice. Then I took a shower and watched a movie, Good Deeds. It’s by and featuring Tyler Perry. Gabrielle Union, Thandie Newton, Eddie Cibrian and Brian White are also in it. It was a great movie with a strong and positive message. I liked it.
Tyler Perry is great at what he does. I’ve seen pretty much every movie he’s done and I always like them. I went to bed around 1AM and woke up at 6.45.

Ok enough of my rambling. Off to work now.

My tuesday evening

Spent this evening at home. Worked until after five. Got home. Talked to my sister. Did some more work. Ate a sandwich for dinner. Had a Skype conference with Dina and Adi. our accountant. Talked more with Dina. Talked to my sister again, very positive conversation! She’s my rock through thick and thin. I love you sistaah! <3 Took a shower, made lunch for tomorrow. Watched the season finale of LHHNY and an episode of Single Ladies and it’s only 10.20PM. I’ve been very productive I must say. Now I’m about to watch a movie before bed.

God Night

Lovestruck: The Musical

This evening I watched this cute movie called Lovestruck:The Musical

It’s about a Broadway star that finds an elixir that makes her younger and she tries to stop her daughters wedding because she doesn’t trust the groom. And since it is a musical the use different songs to set the mood or tell the story.

Jane Seymour, Sara Paxton and Adrienne Bailon are in the movie.
