Hello, I know it’s been a while but I’m back. I want to focus on the blog much more in 2017 and I know I’ll have more time to do so.
This time I’m here to give you a look back on my year, this is my 2016 in rewind. I’ve chosen 7 highlight from this year to sum it up. Why seven? Well, it’s just my favorite/lucky number. And this is in no particular order…
Enjoy!
This past week has been a blessing. I got to spend it with some awesome people doing something absolutely amazing. We visited orphanages and children’s homes in Bosnia. I love giving back to the children because they don’t expect much, just love. I wish I could show you every single one of their beautiful faces but I’m not allowed to post any pictures of them. In the meantime, enjoy these pictures of the scenery and me and my friends.
This was a trip I’ll never forget.
So sad to be back home from Sarajevo! This trip was one of the best trips of my life. Honestly. I got to hang out with a lot of friends and family, there was no drama and the weather was amazing. The Sarajevo derby was the highlight of the trip, for sure. In two months I’m back in my beautiful city again. Can’t wait!

I’M HERE! And I’m super happy about it…
The feeling of being here doesn’t compare to anything else in the world.
The drive from Tuzla Airport felt like a lifetime. Although I had some company and didn’t have go alone.
The fact that things are done a bit different down here was evident in the fact that a taxi, that’s pretty much falling apart came to pick us up. I had booked transfer from Tuzla to Sarajevo via the airline. It said online they used mini vans to transport people. Well we didn’t get that! The driver was very nice and helpful but come on, let me have what I pain for.
However, I’m not gonna let that ruin my trip. I’m here to have fun, and I will…
After I arrived and let everyone know just that I got some lunch and went to the grocery store. Took a nap. And now I’m at my favorite spot, Vatra Café at Sarajevo City Center. I had to pick up a few things and soon I’m meeting up with my fave, Linda.

I’ve been waiting since October!
I’m used to going there every few months but I haven’t been since October of last year. I cannot wait to see all my family and friends and walk along the streets of Sarajevo. It brings me joy, inner peace and fulfillment.
See you soon my love! ❤
I leave tomorrow, but before I get on the plane I’m spending some time with my partner in crime!
❤
You guys, I’m going to Sarajevo in a week and whenever I’m there I buy a new bag. Actually I buy one whenever I’m travelling.
I found these two that I really like. I might find something else while there but if I don’t help me choose between these two.
Which one is your favorite?

Can’t even believe the year of 2014 has come to an end. It flew by super fast and here I am reminiscing. I love the fact that I have this blog, it allows me to look back at the good and bad times. It’s life and it goes up and down. That’s what this year has been for me, up and down. I’ve had some great moments and a few bad ones as well. Thankfully more good than bad, many more good than bad. I’ve learned how to say No and stand my ground, I’ve also learned to put myself first in certain situations. I’ve traveled and spent time with some amazing people. I’ve realized even more how much my family means to me and how much love is there. Overall it’s been a great year I must say because I choose to think about the positives instead of negatives.
I’m looking forward to 2015 and what it has in store for me. I’m turning 30 in seven days and that is a huge milestone in itself.
I wish my family, friends, my blogging friends and everyone else around the globe a happy and prosperous 2015.
I’ll end this year of blogging with some of my favorite pictures of 2014.
