Hello

So, I’m not even  gonna start telling you about my packing or lack thereof. You all I know I haven’t packed. I came home around 6PM and since then I’ve been maxin’ relaxin’. I was gonna do so much around the house but only ended up doing one load of laundry. Go me!

Been on my phone this whole time, Facebook, Instagram, emails etc. Talked so my sister and Ami stopped by to say Hi, that’s it.

Made myself a late dinner after she left, a sandwich and took a shower. I’ve just finished watching a new reality show called Ladies of London and now I’m about to get ready for bed.

So, I don’t think anyone has missed the fact that Kanye West and Kim Kardashian got married last weekend. Anyway…And although I like Kanye’s music and I think Kim is beautiful I’m not a huge fan of either of them. But, I must say I LOVE Kim’s Givenchy haute couture wedding dress. And Mr. West looked dapper. North West is a cute baby too.

I love her style: Carrie Underwood

I’m sure you all know Carrie Underwood, an American Idol winner from way back when. I love her music and also her style. I usually love everything she wears, her stylist Trish Townsend is great. They have been working together for a while now and the way they style the dresses for different red carpets, is awesome. Somehow they are always fitting for the event. Thursday nights and Fridays are always busy for me, last night I had a meeting/dinner with co workers then I went home to pack. Thank God I’m sharing a room with BFF at the hotel we’re staying at and I only have to bring selected items. You all should see our SMS conversations, they’re hilarious! ‘You bring shampoo, I’ll bring toothpaste’

And during lunch break I had to pack the last few bits because I fell asleep last night. I’m getting in the car and leaving soon. Can’t wait to see all the lovely people this weekend. There’s gonna be a lot of work but also a lot of fun.

Speaking of packing, makes me thing of clothes. Would you guys ever wear this shirt Rita Ora is wearing in the picture below?

This evening I watched this cute movie called Lovestruck:The Musical

It’s about a Broadway star that finds an elixir that makes her younger and she tries to stop her daughters wedding because she doesn’t trust the groom. And since it is a musical the use different songs to set the mood or tell the story.

Jane Seymour, Sara Paxton and Adrienne Bailon are in the movie.

I had such a great weekend with amazing people. Old and new friends! I’m very social so getting to know new people is fun for me. Then there was also a party, that went on until 6.30 AM. Yeah, like I said, amazing. Fun times!!!

Fifty Shades of Sin!

So,  someone wrote a fan fiction about Rihanna and Chris Brown, called 50 Shades of Sin and it’s now being sold on amazon.com.  Wow, that’ all I can say! I tried reading 50 Shades of Grey when it first came out but I made it halfway through the book before I decided it wasn’t for me and put it away for good. Might be one of the few people in the world that didn’t read it…

I will go and see the movie when it comes out but that’s just to see what the hype is all about because I will not read a 250+ page book. That would be wasting too much time on it. A two hour movie I can deal with. Also, I can walk out of the theatre if I don’t like it while I can’t unread a book, if you know what I mean.

The collection by Isabel Marant for H&M launched today and so far in still in a queue on the H&M website to shop online. I’m also gonna try my luck in the store this afternoon. But, since I didn’t see anything I wanted really bad I won’t be upset if I don’t find anything. Although I do want to get something for a friend!
