Spent this Easter holiday around friends and family. Much-needed and appreciated!
Went to a late lunch and then shopping with a friend. She took some cool photos. Had a surreal experience…
Below are some photos.
Hola!
How are you all!?
I’m just stopping by to say hello. I’ve been trying to get everything ready for when I’m away on vacation in the next few weeks, therefore the absence.
This weekend I got to spend some quality time with some of my fave before we all split up and head in different directions. Actually, while writing that last sentence I realized I get to see them when we are away as well.
Three weeks in Bosnia and Croatia is what I’m looking forward too…
What are you guys doing this summer. Are you traveling.
Kiruna is the northernmost town in Sweden and I spent three days there at the beginning of this week. I’ve lived in Sweden almost 21 years but never been there before…Having finally visited I can honestly say I glad I did and wish that I had done it before. It was absolutely stunning and the people were so amazing!
Just before takeoff
Almost about to land
On the drive to the hotel
There was a ton of snow
The Kiruna mine
In love with this car

Visited the Ice hotel
Would you sleep here?

Christmas this year will be spent in Sälen, Sweden at the resort called Kläppen. I’m going with my cousin and his family. And honestly I can’t wait. I feel like I’ve wasted a lot of time spending it with people who aren’t really my friends. No more of that, from now it’s all about family and people who might not be blood related to me but that I feel are like family.
I spent this weekend in Jönköping with students from Sweden and Bosnia. Came home inspired and ready to work. I met young people who have done so much for themselves and others. Some speak on it more, but in the end we could all agree that in order to be successful you have to love what you do.
Blurry nights, are the best nights (says the one that didn’t drink)

Friday night after work I was supposed to meet up with Ami and her cousin E but then decided I just couldn’t bother stressing to make it in time. Later that night, around 7PM I decided to go anyway and met up with them just in time for the 8PM showing of Let’s Be Cops. What a great and funny movie, it was just what I needed. After the movie we went and got something to eat at Subway. Believe it or not, it was my first time ever. I had never been prior to that and I doubt I’ll go anytime soon. It just wasn’t my cup of tea I guess.
So this weekend I went out with some girlfriends and we had fun. I came home around 3AM and went to bed after 4AM. Woke up the next day at 3.20PM…yes you read it right 3.20PM. My whole day was ruined because I had so many plans and things to do. Ended up laying in bed all day instead, well until 9PM and then I started cleaning. This morning it was really hard getting up because I didn’t go to bed until almost 4AM, I just wasn’t tired. This is a great reminder that I shouldn’t be going out, I’m way to old for it.

Hello
So, I’m not even gonna start telling you about my packing or lack thereof. You all I know I haven’t packed. I came home around 6PM and since then I’ve been maxin’ relaxin’. I was gonna do so much around the house but only ended up doing one load of laundry. Go me!
Been on my phone this whole time, Facebook, Instagram, emails etc. Talked so my sister and Ami stopped by to say Hi, that’s it.
Made myself a late dinner after she left, a sandwich and took a shower. I’ve just finished watching a new reality show called Ladies of London and now I’m about to get ready for bed.
Good Night
❤
