The wedding weekend…
Here are some picture from the wedding I attended over the weekend!
Wedding time
Going to a wedding this weekend and I still don’t know what to wear…Actually I had it all planned out but then I tried on the dress yesterday and hated it…it’s so annoying when this happens. I have three back-up options and I’m gonna bring all three, then decided the day of the wedding, which is this Saturday.

I’m old
So this weekend I went out with some girlfriends and we had fun. I came home around 3AM and went to bed after 4AM. Woke up the next day at 3.20PM…yes you read it right 3.20PM. My whole day was ruined because I had so many plans and things to do. Ended up laying in bed all day instead, well until 9PM and then I started cleaning. This morning it was really hard getting up because I didn’t go to bed until almost 4AM, I just wasn’t tired. This is a great reminder that I shouldn’t be going out, I’m way to old for it.

SUSHI
So, as many of you know, I love sushi, and I have been craving it for weeks now. Yesterday a co-worker and I were gonna go to out local sushi spot for lunch but it was closed. Today we decided to go again, only to find a notice on the door that they are closed. Only for vacation though, thank GOD…
It feels good!
Second day at work and let me tell you, I feel like I’m already getting back in the swing of things. Yesterday I was here around 7.30AM and today even earlier than that. As of right now, everything is going well. But, I do miss being on vacation…

Matchy matchy
So I’ve been liking the matching top and pants trend for a while but could never decide if that would be something that suits me. Well, a while ago I got this black and white top that is really flattering and I just saw that they have the pants to match, so I decided to get them as well. I just placed the order so I don’t know how I’m gonna like it but I’ll make sure to show you when I get them.

Golf Pro
Ok, so I am not a golfing fan at all. I honestly couldn’t care less about it. But yesterday two co-workers of mine went to the local golf course for lunch and some range practice and I tagged along. Beside the fact that it was too warm being out there with no shade it was pretty fun. E gave me instructions on how to play because she knows how to. I was ok, I got my ball in the air and it flew up to 45 meters. Pretty good if you ask me!!!

A weekend wrapped in love and family
So last week I told you about my cousin visiting from the US.
My weekend started by taking the afternoon off thursday and making the 2.5 hour drive to my hometown. We had a fun afternoon/evening and Amira and I stayed up until 2AM just catching up. Woke up early Friday and worked from home all day, before a bite to eat and some shopping in Linköping, my bff Ada joined us aswell. It was superfun seeing her.
That evening we drove to Oskarshamn where our family lives, first stop was my cousin’s house. We sat in the backyard and had a BBQ dinner before playing football and basketball with the kids. Of course we also watched the World Cup games on TV. It was another late night. Saturday morning after breakfast we packed up and headed to the lake. Played there for a while before heading to my aunt’s house for lunch. There I got a major headache because I got water in my ear from jumping into the water with the kids, they dared me, I had to. The next few hours I spent trying to get the water out. I tried every method I could find online. Alcohol in your ear, a blow dryer, jumping on one foot, more water in your ear, laying down on the trampoline while the kids jumped on it. NOTHING worked. Laid down for a while and then took a painkiller before heading to my other cousins house. Another BBQ dinner and then it was time for the Holland-Costa Rica game. At half time we went back to my cousin’s house, where I was sleeping and watched the rest of the game. Woke up around 10 on Sunday and after breakfast headed back to my other cousins house for some coffee before hitting the road and going back home to my sister’s house. Went by dad’s summer-house to mow the lawn and also hung out with my cousins for a while before driving back home to my house. Got home pretty late, jumped in the shower and then went to bed. Couldn’t fall asleep until 2AM.
Great weekend with my family is just what I needed. This coming weekend I’m going to Gothenburg and next week I’m off to Bosnia, can’t wait! Hope you all had a great weekend as well.
